Child Safeguarding Policy Webinars - Coaches  

The Australian Government's Sports Agency, Sport Integrity Australia (SIA), has developed the National Integrity Framework which takes a proactive approach to mitigate integrity threats to sports and provide a safe, fair and healthy environment for participants at all levels of sport.

Among the policies newly developed by SIA, is its Child Safeguarding policy which sets out child safe practices and outlines what constitutues prohibited conduct in relation to interacting with children in sport. 

Attendance is mandatory for Biathlon Australia accredited coaches. 

Coaches are required to register and will be sent a link to Teams, before the session commences.
