National Youth and Junior Development Camp 29th Sept to 1st Oct, 2023 
 

A National Youth and Junior Development Camp is planned to be held at Canberra Rifle Club over the Victorian, ACT and NSW September School holidays for all athletes aspiring to develop in the sport.

When: Friday 29 September to Sunday 1 October 2023

Where: Canberra Rifle Club, Majura, ACT

Coaches: Damon Morton (IBU Level 1 coach) with others to be confirmed depending on registration numbers

The camp is an opportunity for athletes to train together and participate in group training sessions prior to heading overseas to Europe.  The program will include daily roller skiing and biathlon shooting and technique.  

It is hoped to also include sessions on sports psychology, information on overseas teams and perhaps also nutrition.

Accommodation: Athletes can stay for free at CRC in basic bungalow style accommodation or are welcome to find their own accommodation in and around Canberra.
