Great success for our youngest Australian biathlete: Alberto Allan
You may have seen Alberto on the tracks and at the Range and through “wow” – well rest assured you were right!
Alberto Allan left Australia in October 2021 and spent the 2021-22 season overseas training and competing in Europe. Alberto gained valuable experience, posted impressive ski times, hit sooo many targets and brought home a lot of podium places and medals!
Over the season, Alberto competed in ten individual biathlon competitions and placed first on the podium in every single race. These races included:

And, in addition, Alberto’s twin sister Adrianna has been training alongside her brother and developing her biathlon skills.
The future of biathlon in Australia is very bright with such impressive young stars on the horizon.
