Dear Biathlon Family Australia,

Congratulations to Damika Morton, Rosie Franzke, and Chilli Sparke on being selected to represent Australia at the International Youth Camp in Nové Město na Moravě, Czechia next month.

The IBU IOC International Youth Camp is organised by the Organising Committee (OC) Nové Město na Moravě as a legacy for the 2024 World Championships NMNM. The camp takes place at the venue that Darcie Morton and Noah Bradford this year competed in Australia’s first ever World Championship single mixed relay.

Damika, Rosie and Chilli are all members of the 2023-24 National Junior Team, competed at the recent 2024 Australian Championships, and have all represented Australia at the biathlon Youth and Junior World Championships (YJWCHs).

Toscha Stopar has been selected as coach for the International Youth Camp. Toscha will be undertaking her second in a series of three week-long IBU Level 1 coaching course sessions in Pokljuka, Slovenia in October and will remain in Europe as the Australian coach on the IBU IOC International Youth Camp.

Congratulations once again to Damika, Rosie, Chilli and BA coach Toscha on their selections to represent Australia in Czechia next month.
