Biathlon Australia is proud to announce that Board Member Katerina Paul has been selected to join the International Biathlon Union’s (IBU) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Working Group for the 2025–2027 term.

Katerina will serve as one of six members on the international working group, which plays a key role in shaping the IBU’s strategies and initiatives to promote greater diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the sport.

Her appointment reflects her strong commitment to inclusive sport governance and Biathlon Australia’s continued efforts to champion equity and representation within biathlon, both in Australia and on the global stage.
